1. We will provide you:

1.2 The description of our goods

1.3 The price, including all taxes

1.4 Your payment options

1.5 Delivery arrangements – costs and how long goods will take to arrive. There may be an additional charge for deliveries that apply to areas of Northern Scotland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and other harder-to-reach areas of the UK

1.6 We offer two methods of delivery – Standard (£5.99) 3-5 working days after dispatch and express (£9.99) within 3 working days after dispatch

2. Right to cancel

2.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered

2.2 As soon as you have received confirmation of your order cancellation, refunds will be processed and reimbursed within 10-30 days

2.3 We hold the right to cancel at any time

2.4 Due to the nature of the Drop shipping service products advertised may not be in stock with the supplier in which case either you or Enhance My Kitchen can cancel the order and return the money or offer a alternative delivery time.

3. After order, we will:

3.1 Provide a copy of the contract by email

3.2 Provide a copy of the contract no later than when the goods are delivered

3.3 Deliver the goods within 30 days unless agreed otherwise on made to order items

4. Shipping / Production time

4.1 Your order will be processed within 3 working days should there be any issues with your purchases you will be contacted using your email address provided, shipping and delivery times may vary per item depending on the size and nature of your order and the items ordered. Many of our products are made to order in this case your order may arrive separately and at different times and may depend on our supplier circumstances, approximate delivery dates will be confirmed via email

4.2 Enhance My Kitchen operates only on a full dropship model. Enhance My Kitchen accepts no responsibility for the late arrival of goods or changes in delivery times. All delivery information is provided in good faith by our suppliers under the dropship model which is then passed on to the customer.

4.3 Enhance My Kitchen accepts no responsibility for and will not reimburse any customer costs incurred with regards to the points set out in 4.2 and 6.7

5. Refunds & Returns

5.1 After delivery, you have 30 days to return for a refund – please contact customer service first

5.2 Damaged goods need to be reported within 3 days of delivery

5.3 A credit note will be provided for products returned up to 90 days after delivery

5.4 Collection and re-delivery fees will apply for unwanted items – please call us for collection and restocking charges that may be variable dependant on the product

5.6 Unwanted items can also be sent back to us via your choice of transport and cost

5.7 Actual product colours/textures may vary from the colours shown on your monitor or viewing device

6. Damaged Goods or Faulty Goods

6.1 If you discover a damaged item during inspection, let our delivery partner know or note this on the delivery form and contact us. Please also send us photos of both the damage as well as the exterior packaging of the damaged item. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will confirm the replacement.

6.2 Subject to the product description, in most cases we may be able to support issues with technical support or perhaps a spare part from our supplier partners.

6.3 For deemed faulty products, please first email customer service or call to discuss. For replacement or spare parts, subject to availability please email us at [email protected]

6.4 In the event of failure or defect we may arrange for certain products an on-site engineer. If on inspection the product is correct to specification, we reserve the right to charge for the call out.

6.5 All our products are packaged safely – according to market standard transportation requirements. All items are protected on surfaces and edges using relevant supplier packaging deemed suitable for transportation needs.

6.6 We cannot accept responsibility for 3rd party storage and packaging

6.7 Enhance My Kitchen will take no responsibility regarding any part of the installation process including any cost incurred by the customer during the installation process of any item purchased from us. All tech drawings / measurements are provided by our suppliers. We recommend getting a fully trained professional to undertake any installation work and that you refrain from starting the installation process before your item has arrived in good condition as checked by yourself.

6.8 You MUST report any faulty items before installation as Enhance My Kitchen accepts no responsibility after installation.

6.9 All guarantees and warranties for products sold by Enhance My Kitchen are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Enhance My kitchen accepts no responsibility.
However, Enhance My Kitchen will extend the manufacturer’s warranty no charge for an additional year:

  • only if the registration has been completed within 14 days of purchase.  Registration for an extended warranty click here.
  • EMK extended warranty is provided under the same terms & conditions as our manufacturers.
  • We are unable to extend our EMK extra one warranty for products that will be installed with a landlord’s premises.

6.10 Your Item will be carefully checked before our suppliers dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your goods upon delivery.

If you discover a damaged item during inspection, let our delivery partner know or Email us.

If you only realise after the delivery that you’re unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 2 working days of your delivery, sending us photos of both the damage as well as the exterior packaging of the damaged item. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will take necessary action to help resolve this.

Please note: Please ensure you inspect your goods thoroughly before handing them over to your installer. It is important that you inspect your good be they are installed and report any damaged or faulty goods, as we will be unable to replace or refund items that have been installed.

7. Klarna

All Orders placed out side of promotions , sales, discounts and codes will not be eligible for the discount periods which are set by management.
